Common Q's & A's:

1. What's a Midlife Mama?

Great question! You will find different definitions depending on the context, but to me, a midlife mama is a person who had children, adopted, or otherwise became a mother later in life. We are now precariously balancing parenthood with the challenges (and opportunities!) of arriving at middle age. Read my story below.

2. I heard about your online community for Midlife Mamas. How do I join?

You heard about The Midlife Mama Squad! And we'd love to have you join us. We're a Facebook community for women who became mothers after the age of 35. We provide one another support, commiseration, camaraderie, as well as hosting events on and offline. Click the button below to learn more and join now.

3. Do you do individual coaching?

Yes! I coach women who are seeking to make transformative change in their lives or in the world. I can help hone your vision, assess your current status in relation to your goals, and craft a mile-by-mile roadmap to close the gap. Please click click the button below for more information about my services.

4. When will doors open on your next group program?

Soon! My cohort-based program, Live Your Legacy, is a group coaching experience for purposeful women. There are three ways to participate in LYL: a 6-week online accelerator, an in-person group workshop, and a self-guided virtual course. Click below to learn more and sign up for updates.

5. Do you still work with NGOs and other mission-driven organizations.

I do! I provide consulting services, including mission and vision audits, strategic planning support, and staff communications and marketing training for nonprofits and for-purpose companies. Through my agency, MATTERHORN, I also provide a full suite of creative communications deliverables, including print and web design. Click the button to visit MATTERHORN.

6. Are you available to speak at my event

I am! I do a limited number of public speaking engagements each year. My calendar tends to fill early, so if you are interested in having me as a guest speaker at your event, please get in touch with plenty of advance notice. I can also workshop with your team in a live-event context, helping your participants gain vision alignment, improve interpersonal connection, and build a sense of unity and collaboration. Submit my contact form by clicking the button below.

7. Are you launching a podcast?

Yes! The Midlife Mama Pod will be available soon in all the places you listen to podcasts. To learn more and sign up for the launch list, click below.

8. Do I have to have children to work with you?

Absolutely not! My entree into late life motherhood is an important part of my own story, and informs my desire to make a difference in the lives of others. But your story is your own, as are your motivations, and I love to work with women from all walks of life who seek to live with meaning and live a legacy of impact.

I’d love to leverage my experience as a professional change maker to help you craft a life of meaning and impact.
